Defend your alchemist's shop from waves of monsters! Alchemist's Shop: Rune Defense blends fantasy tower defense with roguelike upgrades and survival strategy. Build your defenses, then join the fight by aiming and throwing alchemical vials yourself.
Place towers on rune spots, spend gold on upgrades and choose cards between waves. Combine elements to trigger alchemical reactions and find powerful combinations against slimes, rats and armored enemies. When the horde closes in, unleash Overload!
Between runs, brew potions from collected ingredients, unlock permanent talents in the laboratory and customize your mannequin's equipment. Test your strategy against bosses, push further in Endless mode or take on the Daily Challenge.
Try new builds, adapt your defenses and beat your best wave. Every choice can turn a struggling defense into a monster-stopping machine.
