How to play

  1. Open the game

    Press Play now and the game opens on its own screen.

  2. Follow the in-game instructions

    The controls and goals are shown inside the game as you play.

  3. Use the game menu

    The floating button over the game reloads it, saves it to your favourites, or takes you back out.

Game instructions

You control the white chess pieces and make the first move. The score displayed at the bottom indicates the points you have gained against your opponent based on the difficulty level selected (easy, medium, or hard). Your opponent’s score can be viewed at the top of the screen. The timer tracks the duration of your moves and the time it takes to achieve checkmate. Upon selecting a chess piece, the board will highlight squares that indicate where you are allowed to move it. Utilize the settings located at the top right of the screen to toggle the sound on or off and to conclude the game. Move pieces—tap or Left mouse button
