Overview
Citadel: Fortress Siege is a medieval 3D real-time strategy inspired by classic castle simulators. Start with a lonely keep on an expansive map, design an impenetrable stronghold, and expand your realm from the ground up.
Master six vital resources: timber, stone, gold, food, water, and citizens. Build houses, farms, and towers along a grid. Lay paved roads: production buildings only function when linked to your keep, and roads boost unit movement speed by 35%.
Recruit swordsmen, archers, pikemen, knights, and catapults. True 3D ballistics give archers on high battlements a commanding advantage, while flaming arrows can ignite pitch trenches to engulf enemy assault columns in a roaring inferno.
Clash with four autonomous AI kingdoms or conquer the 10-mission story campaign, from desperate defense to castle assaults. Forge treaties in the embassy, trade on the market, or conquer your rivals by force of arms!
